Yoga for Women

Women are busier than ever these days, juggling careers, families, exercise and relationships. A yoga practice can provide women with countless benefits for the body, mind and spirit. Yoga offers women solace, reflection, joy, acceptance and ease in their bodies. This action causes blood to rush toward your head which improves circulation particularly in your face and head. With improved circulation comes greater delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the skin. Healthy skin cells will help boost collagen production, which will in turn keep your face looking plumper and less wrinkled. 

Many postures massage the internal organs providing a natural form of self cleansing which rids the body of stored up toxins, making this one of the most profound health benefits of yoga. Getting rid of waste keeps skin clear and glowing.
